First things first, I have my 3 kids (4,5&7) every weekday from about 5pm to 7:30pm. They stay Friday night&every other Saturday.Just looking to rent out a spare room. The $150 will include the room, power, local phone calls,&wifi. Can also include a cooked meal if you don't mind having meat&veges Sun-Thurs.Not close to the Uni, but it's only a bus ride away.
